บทคัดย่อ          

This study is a survey research designed the influencing factors on job stress of non-commissioned police officers in metropolitan police stations in Bangkok. The sample consisted of 381 non-commissioned police officers working in metropolitan police stations. The data were collected using a questionnaire from July to September, 2003. Descriptive statistic, Pearson’s product correlation coefficient, chi-square, ANOVA and multiple regression analysis were use to analyze data.
